（六）補習時，毛因為晚到而先傳了封簡訊跟我道歉。
我看到「對不起」三個字的時候，愣的一下。

我才發現我對這三個字有多恐懼。

以前，還有跟「她」交往時，她有時會說這三個字。
不過說的時候，通常都是我受傷，或被她傷害的時候。

這兩天，明確的說，是上個禮拜五開始，我開始出現了一些症狀。
沒胃口、失眠、不想動、不快樂、有灰暗的念頭…
我在我還理性的時候（這兩天）查了一下網路，發現這些症狀都是憂鬱症的開始。
ＳＨＯＣＫ！所幸還並未太嚴重，我陷在仍然還有點理性在。

其實，我應該知道原因的吧。但我依然跟以前一樣，想逃避而不想面對。

我很想找個對象傾訴－但是不行。
昨天跟李佩聊，我也只講了一部份而已。
跟安漢敏說？算了吧，我不想煩她。

不過，我今天還是有跟她講一點點：我快得憂鬱症了。
她回我簡訊，但我不知道為什麼不想回。
就這樣我睡了一小時（我耳朵快爛掉了，因為我忘了關我的ｉＰｏｄ）。
等我醒來發現她又有傳。（而且傳了好幾封）
蠻感動的！
看了有比較好一點了，不過要我好起來並不是那麼快就可以。
最近是我的過渡期…

我很希望，我的朋友們可以在我過渡期的這陣子幫助我。
不用怎麼樣…就像平常一樣就好了…

我只是想找回　我的快樂。

  人們都是這樣子.常常會對自己,對喜歡的人,對上天...立下所謂永遠的誓言.
  當誓言被喊出來的時候,通常也只有在那一剎那有效.
就以最常見的例子來說吧.情人們間,常常都會說"我永遠愛你".但最後都以分開收場.是,我知道也有很多反例可以舉列,可是....這種事簿也很常發生嗎?
人性的墮落,自私常常毀及一切.許多人常在最後的時候說"誓言不再了""我不再...了""你變了""我變了"這些藉口.
  其實,變的並不是誓言,而是人自己.

一廂情願
  以前,我經常會有這種念頭.自己心裡想著"一定會....""我知道它是....""我想應該是..."...諸如此類的.但往往都到最後才被現實當頭棒喝的打醒.
這只不過是自己想的,只不過是自己一廂情願的!而當事實並非如此時,都會大大的感到失望,難過,痛心.
  癡,就是一種一廂情願吧!
  想到自己以前多笨,多癡!!到最後,換來的是自己一身傷.
